About This Video

SuiteDash has appointment types… but it doesn’t give you a simple “here’s the link to book” option out of the box. So in this video I walk you through the workaround I use every single time: building a Calendar Appointment Link using a form (usually a Kickoff Form, or a Checkout Form if you need to collect payment before the call). I show you how to name and structure the form so it’s easy to manage, how to add the Appointment Block, and how to set up your form assignments for both unknown targets (brand new people) and known targets (already in your CRM). I also get into the details that actually make this feel professional: reordering fields, using custom options for clean two-column layouts, making key fields required, and setting the role to Prospect (because leads don’t give me enough power in the portal). Then I take you into Link & Embed so you can create a friendly URL, embed the form on your website, and style it (I’m a fan of hiding the title, animating labels, and making the background transparent). And yes—I show you a real SuiteDash quirk where the appointment block can make the form look weird, plus the simple fix I use: an HTML content “spacer” block to clean it up. Dream it, and we’ll automate it.
