About This Video

SuiteDash has finally done it—yes, I’m excited—and in this video I walk you through the brand-new Booking Form feature from start to finish. The big thing to understand is that booking forms are tied to Appointment Types (aka how people can reach you), so you’re essentially creating a clean shared link experience similar to Calendly or Google Appointments, but inside SuiteDash. I show you how to build an appointment type first: public description, staff assignment (no round-robin right now), who gets notified, visibility, color settings, baseline availability, and the email notifications (confirmation, cancellation, inactive). And yes—the auto-create meeting option is a huge win if you want it to generate Zoom or Google Meet links automatically. Then we head into Forms and create the actual Booking Form. I customize the time zone, background/accent colors, profile photo, buttons (like website/LinkedIn), and the “about” and booking section titles. Just like other SuiteDash forms, you can add custom fields, use advanced blocks (HTML/signature/choice), and set behavior for unknown vs known contacts (prospect, circles, coordinator, automations, notifications, and portal invitations). Finally, I preview the form, set a link alias, and show how polished it looks—beautiful, branded, and clean-cut—so you can send one simple booking link and stop the scheduling chaos.
