In this video, I walk you through 10 must-know features I get asked about all the time—without going super in-depth—so you can stop spiraling down the rabbit hole and start building a setup that actually supports your day-to-day ops. I start with dashboard customization (Content → Dashboards), including how to use widgets, add a welcome box, and pull from the template library if building from scratch feels overwhelming. Then I move into native integrations—QuickBooks for invoice syncing, Zapier for automation triggers and connecting to tools like ClickUp/Trello/Monday, and calendar sync for Google or Microsoft. I also cover appointment types (the “set it to Active” step trips people up), auto-create meeting links, and how forms work—especially kickoff forms vs. checkout forms vs. update forms. From there, I show you how I think about CRM contacts (lead vs. prospect matters if you want to message, send proposals, invoices, or portal access), plus messaging features like canned responses, signatures, attachments, and restricting clients to only message their coordinator.
