Then I show you the real behind-the-scenes of how I run these sprints: proposals and confirmation emails in Moxie, sprint tracking and templates inside ClickUp (I’m big on organization—my ClickUp is tailored and outlined), and the automation layer using Zapier. Once a proposal is sent or signed, my Zaps handle the busy work—creating/updating ClickUp tasks, spinning up folders, adding you to my tracking tools, sending texts, and setting up Slack. Finally, I explain my blueprint mapping board—how I visualize the workflow from inquiry to decision to invitation to welcome—so the process feels clean, client-focused, and successful by the end of the sprint (whether you’re in SuiteDash or not).
