Longer than a Short... But shorter than a long.... A great wee challenge of a run. Starting in Balmaha on the banks of Loch Lomond, the route follows the West Highland Way along to Rowerdennan, before heading up the 'tourist' route to the summit of Ben Lomond (974 m). It then comes down the more technical Ptarmigan side to Rowerdennan then it's back along the West Highland Way to Balmaha. I threw in my extra leg burner loop at the end, following the road along to Milton of Buchanan, up the farmer track to rejoin the West Highland Way as it heads up and over Conic Hill and down into Balmaha. The Balmaha Lollipop is 37k with 1600m elevation, and my extra bit took it up to 48k and 2080m elevation. https://strava.app.link/EXU7Z7gt4Hb
