It's winter, but we're enjoying the bountiful summer harvest! Today I'm sharing two of my favorite freeze-dried recipes that will make you a rock star in the kitchen: my famous pasta sauce that everyone raves about and an almost-Olive Garden salad dressing. Freeze drying isn't just for prepping—it's my secret to enjoying garden-fresh flavor all year long while cutting down on waste and saving money. I'll show you how I use freeze-dried zucchini, carrots, celery, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and even hamburger to create meals that taste just like summer! I own both a Harvest Right and Blue Alpine freeze dryer, and they help me preserve the abundance from my garden in ways that retain 97% of nutritional value while enhancing flavor! **BlueAlpine freeze dryers https://bluealpinefreezedryers.com/providentprepper Use the promo code ProvidentPrepper to get 5% off. **Harvest Right https://affiliates.harvestright.com/901.html **Mylar bags and oxygen absorbers are from PackFreshUSA https://packfreshusa.com/?rfsn=7503114.ecc85c Use promo code PROVIDENT to save.
