The "Six Month Rule". What Can We Do About It?

If you are going to buy investment property using a buy to let mortgage you'll probably want to know about the Six Month Rule. What's surprising is that it is more of a guideline than a rule, and not every lender subscribes to it. Even more surprising, perhaps, is that "The Rule" still applies even if you buy for cash.
