I'm sharing some potential good news for those considering a buy-to-let mortgage or refinancing their existing one. If you're coming to the end of a fixed-rate period, you’ll definitely want to watch until the end. Mortgage rates seem to be heading in the right direction, and there's a recent development with Accord Mortgages that could be of interest. I’ve been reviewing buy-to-let mortgages from some of the biggest lenders, and let’s face it, many of the rates have seemed expensive. But with the recent Bank of England Base Rate cut, there’s hope for some improvements. However, not every mortgage will benefit from this cut, and not all mortgages are priced the same way. In this video, I’ll be discussing the latest updates from one of the smaller buy to let lenders, who have recently reduced their buy-to-let mortgage rates. I’ll walk you through some of their offerings. As always, I recommend speaking to a mortgage broker to see if these products are right for you. If you don’t have one, feel free to email me at thepropertyteacher@gmail.com, and I’ll introduce you to a trusted broker.
