Do I Have to Sign a Personal Guarantee for a Limited Company Buy to Let Mortgage?

Ahh, this seems to be one of those surprisingly emotive and emotional subjects. I never fail to be surprised at the number of newbie property investors who hope to be able to draw down and borrow large sums of money, without having make some sort of commitment to the bank to pay it back!
