Property is a people business. So it follows that Buy to Let property investing is also a people business. If you are more ‘details minded’, and like to think of property investment success in terms of a ‘formula’, this will be frustrating. The reason why a ‘formula’ would almost certainly never work (completely) is because, to do the deal, you’ll have to deal with people, and people are unpredictable. A mistake many (particularly beginners) people make is to ignore or overlook this, and think of the property first and the people second. You need to think of (and deal with) the people first, and then the property will happen.
