What’s going on everybody—Justin, otherwise known as The Flipping Accountant. In this one I did a Walmart “speed run” looking for LEGO clearance, toy clearance, and anything I can flip on Amazon, eBay, or even Facebook Marketplace. I started in the clearance toy area scanning with the Amazon Seller App, and I grabbed a few small wins (Minecraft figures, Nerf Sonic Screamers after a little searching, and a big Transformer set that was way under Amazon pricing). The big theme early on was simple: scan fast, check condition, and don’t force bad buys just because the sticker looks good. Then things got really interesting—Walmart was resetting the toy mods, and they had LEGO stacked up in boxes. I asked an employee if I could dig (as long as I didn’t make a mess), and that’s where the haul went crazy. The regular Walmart app wasn’t scanning right, so I switched to Walmart Scan & Go and started scanning top shelves and end caps—because that’s where clearance hides. I found Harry Potter sets marked down (like $40 to $25), Avengers Endgame battle sets that were basically $70 for $25, and Marvel “What If” sets that were $35 for $10. My biggest takeaway: patience pays—go up and down, scan everything, and if the apps are acting weird, pivot and ask for help.
