What’s going on everybody—Justin here, otherwise known as The Flipping Accountant. In this video I did a GameStop speed run on the last day of their Pro deal sale: an additional 50% off clearance. The goal was simple—hit up to three stores, scan everything, and load up on items I can resell on Amazon FBA and eBay. The big targets were sealed copies of Call of Duty: Vanguard (PS5 and Xbox Series X) and anything else with real margin, plus a few clearance action figures and those Power Rangers helmets. Across three stops, I show you exactly how I think through clearance sourcing: I scan tables, I don’t assume anything is marked correctly, and I move fast when the numbers make sense. One of my biggest takeaways is that “good deal” doesn’t always mean “good flip”—a lot of clearance is still too tight after fees. Also, I’m picky about condition: GameStop’s idea of “new” isn’t always sealed, and on Amazon you need sealed to sell new, so I passed on unsealed copies. By the end of the day, I was sitting around $800 in potential profit at current market prices, and it came from doing the boring part—taking a few minutes to scan everything.
