The big theme is that electronics and toys are cheap right now, but you’ve got to put in the work: I’m scanning items that aren’t even marked, checking end caps, and going up and down every aisle. Being tall actually helped here because I could scan the top shelf and find hidden LEGO clearance that wasn’t tagged at all. I found multiple LEGO deals like Super Mario sets for $15 that are normally $30, plus other sets like Spider-Man No Way Home for $12 (normally $20) and Transformers for $8 (normally $20). I also show why I pass on certain stuff—some discounts aren’t deep enough, some items aren’t worth it after fees, and some categories (like LOL Surprise for me on Amazon) are a no-go. On the electronics side, I checked tons of clearance and ended up grabbing a Netgear router for $66 (was $179) and noticed some TVs scanning way cheaper than you’d expect. The takeaway: slow down, scan everything (especially top shelves and random aisles), and don’t assume the clearance section is the only place the deals are.
