In this video I’m taking you through a super beginner-friendly soft glam that’s glowy, soft, and easy to follow—perfect for work, school, brunch, or when you just want to look put-together without doing too much. I start with skin prep because before makeup, skin prep is everything. When your skin is hydrated and smooth, your makeup will last 10 times longer, so I go in with moisturizer and then primer (think of primer as your makeup base). From there, I show you how I keep brows simple (as a beginner, you don’t need too much), then we go into foundation and how to blend it properly with a damp beauty sponge—tap, don’t drag, and take your time so everything melts into the skin. I highlight the T-zone with concealer, set it with powder, then add contour (cheekbones, forehead, jawline) and blush because blush is the key to making your face look alive without looking stressed. I finish with a simple nude eyeshadow, mascara for natural lashes, an easy brown-liner lip combo with gloss, a final powder press to blend everything, and setting spray—plus my beginner tip: don’t spray it too close.
