About This Video

After years of paying $30 a pop for LED light therapy as an add-on at my facial appointments, I finally got my hands on my own at-home device—the Ulike Reglow LED Face Mask. In this video (partnered with Ulike), I walk you through exactly how I use it in my nightly routine, what the different modes do, and why I’ve been consistently reaching for it. The mask comes with built-in eye protection, it’s comfortable (no tugging), and you can’t even see the infrared while you’re wearing it—so it’s easy to stick with. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks and I’m genuinely impressed, especially with how quickly it helped the post-acne hyperpigmentation mark I was actively treating. I toggle mostly between “Firm” (collagen building to help smooth fine lines and wrinkles) and “Clear” (to help with active acne and post-hyperpigmentation). I also share important usage notes—this isn’t medical advice, and there are certain situations and skincare products you shouldn’t pair with LED therapy. Bottom line: for less than 10 minutes a day, this has become a staple in my elevated self-care routine, and I break down why I feel the investment makes sense over time.
