In today’s video I’m trying out the brand new COVERGIRL Skin Enhancer Baked Bronzers and Blushes, and I’m giving you swatches plus a real demo on my textured, mature (30+) combo skin. I haven’t purchased COVERGIRL in years, so this was a fun one—especially because it took me right back to the days when the COVERGIRL Full Spectrum Bronzer was that “Coke classic” for brown girls who didn’t have many bronzer options. I apply the bronzers on the face, compare the vibe to the older formula, and show you exactly how the baked finish looks once it’s on top of foundation. My honest takeaway: the formula is stunning—luminous, smooth, and just really pretty on the skin. Sweet Espresso in particular is beautiful, and I do recommend it if you can find a shade that works for you. But I also have to say what I said in the video: it’s 2026, and my shade should not be the deepest shade. The blushes? I’m loving them. I focus on the two shades that make the most sense for dark/deep skin, and Strawberry Drizzle looked so good with my glam that I was genuinely impressed with the pigmentation and finish.
