About This Video

Hello everyone, in this video I showed you how to transfer all emails from one Gmail account to another Gmail account without any data loss. I took a real example with two accounts (source and destination) and did the full process step-by-step so you can follow it exactly. The main idea is: first you secure the source account properly, then you enable POP, generate an App Password, and finally you connect that source mailbox inside the destination Gmail to fetch everything. I started from Google Account Security, because if you don’t enable 2-step verification, you won’t get the App Password option. After enabling 2FA, I created an App Password (I named it “transfer”) and saved it safely. Then in Gmail settings I enabled POP for all emails and explained the important choice: either keep a copy in the source account or delete messages after they’re fetched. In my case, I selected delete, because I didn’t want to use that account after transfer. After that, I went to the destination Gmail → Accounts → Add an email account, used the App Password (remove spaces), and completed the verification so I can also “send mail as” that address. Finally, I explained the waiting time (depends on email count) and showed that emails come with proper date/time sorting, not randomly. That’s it—simple, secure, and practical.
