In this video I’m reviewing the SoundPeats Clip 1 wireless open-ear earbuds, and I’m focusing on what actually changes your day-to-day experience: the design, comfort, fit, and the real-world sound you get from an open design. Most open-ear earbuds sound like a compromise, but the Clip 1 doesn’t try to “fix” open-ear audio the usual way—it redesigns the problem. I go through the release info and pricing, the unboxing, and then we get into the build quality and that very intentional clip-on shape that’s meant to keep the driver positioned correctly. I also do a fit test and explain why that matters so much here: these clip on naturally, there’s no pressure in the ear canal, and even with glasses there’s no interference. Sound-wise, positioning is everything. When they’re sitting right, the sound is clean and controlled, vocals are forward and easy to follow, highs are clean without being sharp, and the bass is present but not physical (that’s just open-ear reality). I cover mic quality, what I like (all-day comfort, consistent sound, awareness, LDAC/Dolby/multi-point), and the limitations (bass impact, sound leak, louder environments need more volume, and fit affects sound).
