I also set up color-coded profiles for me (personal + work), my husband Jared, and yes—our puppy August—plus categories like family fun and travel, so you can see everything at a glance or filter to just one profile. Then I get into the features that make it feel like a full family hub: adding events (plus countdowns), routines and chores with little celebrations, rewards/star goals, meal planning (recipes + saved meals), and shared lists like groceries and to-dos. I also explain Calendar Plus features like Sidekick and Magic Import, which let me forward confirmations or even a photo of a flyer and have events auto-populate—easy, breezy, and quick.
