Hey guys—today’s House to Home vlog is all about a major life update: we welcomed a new family member, our cavapoo puppy August (Auggie), and I was in full-on prep mode. I’m taking you back to the days leading up to his arrival—shopping, organizing, and getting our home (and his little space) ready. Since fall is right around the corner, I’m also getting excited to be back in action with seasonal decor soon, but this video is really a cozy, real-life reset to make room for our new baby. I share a big puppy haul with super affordable, cute finds from HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Amazon, and a local pet shop—things like a neutral puppy bed, crate essentials, food bowls that actually match my home, grooming tools, toys, training pads, and even stain remover because… accidents will happen. My favorite part was transforming one of our storage closets off the laundry room into Auggie’s own “puppy bedroom” with bins, a clean setup, and a little Canva print I made of him so the room feels like his. Then we fast forward to meet Auggie, and y’all… I’m obsessed. He’s the sweetest, cuddliest little pup.
