In today’s House to Home vlog, I’m catching you up on a little bit of everything—starting with a mini vacation fashion haul and a Turks & Caicos honeymoon recap. I shared a few of my favorite Mik’s pieces I packed for the trip (the cutout knit dress is such a good vacation dress, and I loved having an easy white cover-up that works with any swimsuit). Then I walked you through our stay at Wymara Resort & Villas—y’all, it was truly one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. So clean, so modern, and that oceanfront view was literally unmatched. Once we’re back home, I’m showing cozy living room and bedroom updates and where I’m at with decorating the floating shelves. I didn’t buy a ton of new things—I mostly shopped my house and focused on adding height, warmth, and depth (the lamps helped more than I expected). I also shared some early fall front door styling with pumpkins and mums (they’re not thriving… so if you have tips, please help). And finally, I’m showing my primary bedroom progress with new Studio McGee lamps and art from Target, plus the Two Pages drapes I have on the way to add that drama and cozy warmth I’m going for.
