Make BETTER cocktails in less than 90 mins: https://bit.ly/cocktail-workshops π Buy my cocktail book: https://bit.ly/STB-cocktail-guide The Pantheon cocktail was created by Daisuke Ito, the owner of Tokyo's Land Bar Artisan. He created it for Nicholas Coldicott's cocktail book, Tokyo Cocktails. Daisuke created something that was simple, complex with flavour and easily recreatable. The Scotch whisky brings oak and subtle smoke whilst the Benedictine brings herbal honeyed spice, balanced with lemon. INGREDIENTS - 1 oz (30 ml) blended Scotch whisky - 0.5 oz (15 ml) Benedictine liqueur - 0.5 oz (15 ml) lemon juice Note sure why the recipe scale was so small. Either serve it in your smallest coupe glass (plenty to be found at second hand / vintage stores) or double the recipe for a standard volume cocktail. πΉ Join my cocktail fundamentals workshop: https://bit.ly/cocktail-fundamentals-workshop
