It’s time to reset. In this video, I’m switching over to the July–December Weekly+Memo insert for my Traveler’s Notebook and walking through the small changes I’ve made this time around—including one section I’ve removed completely. I’ll show how I’m personalizing the front, how the layout has evolved, and why I’m keeping it simple heading into the second half of 2025. Whether you’re refreshing your setup too, or just analog-curious, I hope this gives you a few quiet ideas. Thanks for watching—feel free to share your own 2025 planner updates below. ☕ Support the channel: https://buymeacoffee.com/stationeryat4 📸 Instagram: @stationeryat4 00:00 - Start 01:32 - Intro 02:00 - Monthly Tabs 04:05 - Stickers 06:30 - Dry Transfer 07:07 - Layout 14:09 - Closing

About This Video

It’s July, which means it’s time for that fresh-start feeling—switching my Traveler’s Notebook Weekly+Memo insert from January–June over to the July–December book. In this mid-year reset, I keep the core of my setup the same (because it works), but I make a few small tweaks that feel like the right simplicity for the second half of what’s turned out to be a very busy 2025. I start by adding monthly tabs, experimenting with a vertical orientation, and yes—learning in real time that spacing matters if you care about aesthetics (I try, I really do). From there I personalize the front with a mix of stickers, including a few AI-generated designs I made in Canva and printed on sticker paper, plus a little dry transfer text to make the cover feel grounding. Then I walk through my weekly layout in a mockup style: a legend/habit tracker in the top corner, appointments and other-people logistics on the left, and my to-dos on the right. I plan the week on Sunday or Monday, write top three priorities, migrate tasks forward with arrows, and keep room for surprises. The biggest change: I removed my reading tracker—I just didn’t feel like it was serving me right now.
