In this video, I’m getting real with y’all—like, the most realist content I’ve ever posted—because life isn’t just makeup, wigs, outfits, and the glitz and glam. I’m a real person and I deal with real stuff too: stress, depression, anxiety, fear, doubt, even suicidal thoughts. I’m in the process of healing through past trauma, and I wanted to be vulnerable and open up so you can feel seen, loved, and reminded that you’re not alone. Even while I’m talking to the camera, the words are speaking to me too. I share what’s been genuinely helping me lately: drinking a gallon of water a day (yes, it matters—mentally and spiritually), changing my eating habits, and doing small daily check-ins with myself. One of the biggest things I tell you to do is journal, vent to God, and pray—especially in seasons where it feels like nobody understands you and it’s just you. I also talk about breathing patterns with anxiety and how intentional breathing has helped me regulate and reset. My takeaway for you is simple: you are loved, you are still here for a reason, and it’s time to stop sleeping on yourself—mentally, spiritually, in every way. Speak life into you, pour that love back into yourself, and take the steps to become the best version of you, God first.
