This burger was way too much fun to make. There are three separate pork meats on this huge burger. I was really impressed with how all of the flavors came together. We started off with baking the bacon in the over. This in an incredible method to cook the 2nd best meat of all time. I make the ground sausage into small patties to cook on the cast iron skillet. Once the sausage patties were finished cooking the last meat to be cooked was the porchetta.
