BBQ a Pork Butt in half the time with this simple method! The method I am using in the video is a simple military strategy which consists of divide and conquer ;) If you cut the pork butt in half then the cook time will also be cut in half. I set the temperature on the Big Green Egg to 275 and cooked this pork butt for 5 hours. I wrapped the butt in tin foil once the meat had developed the bark that I wanted.
