How to BBQ Garlic Pork Loin Recipe

This BBQ roasted Pork loin was on garlic overload and it was absolutely incredible. I use Wooly Wood to start my BBQ. It is easy and virtually impossible to screw up; I have a link for it here if you are interested: https://amzn.to/2vomftn The outside was crispy and savory while the pork on the inside was juicy and delicious. We had a spare part of a trimmed pork loin that was just begging to be put in the BBQ. So I did what I do best, I liberally coated the outside with my favorite ingredients: salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. Once coated and ready for cook, I set the Big Green Egg up for indirect cooking at about 300 degrees. After cooking the pork for approx 30 mins the loins were almost done so I opened the fly wheel on top as well as the damper on the bottom to get the BBQ to about 450 degrees. I didn't have the pork in the BBQ at the temperature for very long but this crisped up the crust/bark on the outside of the meat. To me, this was the icing on the cake.
