How to BBQ a Whole Chicken on the Asmoke (Pellet Grill)

This was an amazing chicken, the flavor was incredible and the meat was delicious. We try to make chicken out like it is hard to BBQ especially when we cook whole chickens. My effort is to show how to easily you can BBQ a chicken on a pellet BBQ/grill. Pellet BBQs are 'a set and forget' type of cooking. You can put the chicken into the cooking chamber and leave it alone without have to adjust dampeners like you would on a charcoal BBQ or in an offset. I put the temperature to 350 degrees and let it cook the chicken without any interference from me. Use whatever BBQ rub you like to use. Just be careful if it does not have too much sugar; it will probably burn while you're cooking the chicken at a higher temperature than normal BBQ pork. -------------------------------------------- You can directly support our channel!
