Today we made an amazing ribeye steak. I was blown away at how good the @Jess Pryles (Hardcore Carnivore) Black Beef Seasoning was. This was delicious and it made for some incredible bark formation. I used the Just Keep Flipping method for this steak and I am now a believer. I do think I had the BBQ a little too hot but I was still very happy with how this turned out. Once I rested the steak I put some purified butter with garlic powder to send some more flavor deep into the steak.
