This is my take on the Garlic and Butter Skirt steak recipe that facebook suggested to me... The interesting part was to cut the skirt steak into four equal sizes. I am normally I grill the steak whole and then slice the meat against the grain. The beautiful part of this cook was when I was able to pour the melted butter and crispy garlic over the steak. The garlic was a little crispier than I was going for but it was delicious none the less. I am affectionately calling this a gold butter steak for the amazing looking garlic.
