Fried Garlic Smashed Burger

Garlic and meat... Yes they make a great combination. Before you say anything, I still think this burger needed more garlic ;). This was made with a traditional smashed burger style on a cast iron pan over a bed of lump charcoal. Make sure you have a well seasoned pan before attempting to smash these burgers. I used 3-4 oz patties for this burger and it was plenty.
