BBQ Chicken Wings on the NEW ASMOKE 350 Pellet Grill and BBQ

This was my first cook on the new ASMOKE 350 Pellet Grill and BBQ. I love barbecuing wings because you can learn very quickly how your grill/BBQ performs and also how it handles cooking chicken. I love how crispy and bite through the skin is for chicken wings. One of the worst experiences with chicken on a BBQ, for me, is when the skin does not crisp up and is rubbery. The new ASMOKE 350 performed like a champion; the skin was very crispy and delicious with a beautiful apple wood smoke flavor. I was very impressed with how the temperature held right where I wanted it for the whole cook even during and after a rain storm. There were no surprises with this cook. I set the temperature to where I wanted it and the ASMOKE computer technology took care of the rest. I loved how the rub from @Armadillopepper tasted on the wings. There was a great mixture of sweet and heat.
