We made an some amazing bacon chips by cutting normal thick cut bacon into triangles and then cooking them at 350 for 25 minutes on a pellet smoker. The blue cheese dip which really brings this side meal together was made from blue cheese, heavy whipping cream, and Greek yogurt. I would recommend setting the dip in the refrigerator to set up for about 10 minutes before serving. The last suggestion would be to make more than you expect to need.
