Bacon Cheddar Cheese Smash Burger

Smash burgers are one of my (BBQ/Grill) favorite foods. I often find myself copying the OG of smash burgers, Greg from @BallisticBBQ and @BallisticBurgers . I am cooking these 6 oz beef patties on the ballistic mojoe griddle in my XL Big Green Egg. Please do not worry, you can make some delicious burgers on any flattop.
