Welcome to my first video of 2026 (which is still insane to say), and I’m kicking the year off with one of my favorite little series: my media favorites. I’m recapping everything I consumed in November and December 2025—books, movies, TV, music—and yes, there’s a vinyl haul in here too because you know I can’t help myself. I also have to be real: my 50-book goal did not happen (I hit about 25), but I did read more toward the end of the year, and I’ve got thoughts… including a very blunt one-star moment. On the screen side, I talk through what I watched, from documentaries to holiday movies to big releases—like Wicked for Good (I’m sorry, it kind of let me down), plus my feelings on Stranger Things season 5 (we have lost the plot). Then we get into the fun part: songs and albums I had on repeat, and finally all the vinyl I picked up or got sent—Rough Trade exclusives, RSD Black Friday releases, glitter pressings, cool textures, and a Shrek picture disc that is genuinely the most unhinged thing ever (in the best way).
