Hey everybody—today I’m back with one of my favorite videos to film: a vinyl unboxing. This one isn’t as crazy as I usually go (only four records), but they’re GOOD: new releases, a deluxe anniversary edition, limited pressings, and yes… a signed insert. I’m unboxing, showing the pressings up close, and sleeving everything with you (Big Fudge outers + whatever inner sleeves I’ve got on hand), because if I’m opening records, we’re doing it properly. We start with Niall Horan’s Heartbreak Weather 5-year anniversary deluxe, which is genuinely my favorite Niall album and, in my opinion, still super underrated. The packaging is sick (matte jacket, embossed text, gatefold, die-cut moment) and the sea blue/white splatter is stunning—plus we finally get bonus tracks like “Dress” and “Nothing” on vinyl. Then we get into The Beaches’ No Hard Feelings (Graffiti Records exclusive, limited to 500), which is full of bangers and comes on this cloudy fuchsia purple pressing that I’m obsessed with. After that, it’s Sabrina time: emails i can’t send fwd: (I’m thrilled to finally have “Opposite” on vinyl, but I’m not gonna lie…the pressing color confused me) and Man’s Best Friend with a gorgeous opaque light blue disc and a cute gold Sharpie signature. I also ramble a bit about alt covers, calling out “luxe” packaging when it’s not actually luxe, and why I’m lowkey on a vinyl ban while I save for Ariana tickets.
