I manage to grab a quick chest day workout with one of my old friends Iman Shekari from Iran. This was my first time visiting Seven Gym Dubai and have to say I was really impressed with this place. Although not one of the biggest gyms it definitely has more than everything you could ever need. The gym is full of Hammer Strength Gym Equipment and Life Fitness machines. A nice touch is the cafe which serves healthy high protein snacks perfect for Pre and post workout. The gym is super clean and spaced out really well with a real nice vibe to the place. Definitely worth paying a visit if your ever in Dubai.
