We start off with Hammer Strength Pull downs one of my favorite back movements and I tend to use this at the beginning of my workout when I'm at my strongest. This being the second back workout of the week we stay with machines throughout and next hit the Hammer Strength Row Machine. Note we do all movements today unilaterally (One side at a time) to balance out any weaknesses. Next machine we use the Prime Extreme Row where we use the middle peg and do sets of 10 reps. Last movement for back is the medium grip lat pull down aiming for perfect form as same for every other exercise. Whilst the back is now fatigued we drop the weight on here and keep the torso as upright as possible maintaining a constant tempo.
