#FullPushWorkout #MyNewPushDay #NewYearNewGoals Hi guys, just wanted to share with you my brand new training routine which I've designed for myself for the next 12 weeks. Today's video we film the first of one of my two push workouts of the week. The fist push session of the week which falls on a Tuesday consists of mainly free bar bench press and incline bench press. The reason why I use bench press first is to develop my strength and upper body power and what better exercises than these two staple movements. The flat bench press has always been my nemesis and I hope to be able to push some decent numbers on this and hopefully add some new tissue to my chest.
