About This Video

Yes guys — FIBO 2024 day two, and Saturday was absolutely mental. Way busier than Friday, packed everywhere, and you’ve got all the big companies out: Hammer Strength, Gymleco, Hoist, ESN and loads more. After we’d done the expo, we jumped over to Kraft Station in Cologne because it’s basically the closest gym to the exhibition centre — around 2km, like 5 minutes on the train — so it’s where everyone ends up training. Kraft Station was a proper little find: great vibe, great atmosphere, and honestly my favourite gym so far on this trip. It was rammed (understandably because of FIBO), DJ on, lights low for that “effect”, and even a pro photographer snapping people while they train. Equipment-wise it’s got that old-school feel — Gym80/Star Trac vibes, some Nautilus, plate-loaded stuff, and then there’s a quirky basement that feels like a hardcore dungeon with loads of history. Only downside, and it’s a big one: German gyms seriously lack plates — not enough 20s anywhere — so forget deadlifting heavy while you’re there. Still, for €10 day pass, it’s the cheapest and one of the best for atmosphere.
