In order to know how to train stubborn calves you must need to know a bit of anatomy of the calves which involve mainly 2 muscles that make up the large area behind the calves. These are the gastrocnemius and soleus, . To fully stimulate all the fibers in the calves you need to pick a movement that involves knee flexion exercises ie seated calf raises and plantar flexion which could be standing calf raise, toe presses etc. Give the workouts in the video a try if you have stubborn calves and watch them grow.
