Our first piece of Gymleco here at Ultimate Fitness Birmingham and hopefully we will be getting some more in the not too distant future. This particular piece from Gymleco hits the quads hard and is very humbling to say the least. Great thing about this machine is it allows you to achieve full range of motion giving the legs and hips a nice deep stretch. Really pleased with this and its a great addition to our already stacked leg room.
