Yes guys, we’re back in the UK for another hardcore gym tour and this time I’m at the brand new Foundry Gym Coventry—literally only been open about two weeks. It was my birthday weekend (52, can you believe it), so we got straight into a proper leg session and I gave you a full walkaround of the place while I trained. First impressions: it’s a massive, one-floor gym with loads of space between machines, a proper Foundry look (everything black, colour coded), and that LED lighting that makes the whole place pop. The big takeaway is the leg kit here is absolutely world class. I trained on the Rogers plate-loaded leg curl and the Rogers leg extension, and I tested the Rogers pendulum squat pro—floating yoke, really good alignment and depth, proper brutal. The leg area is stacked: hack squat, pendulum squat, 45° leg press, V squat, belt squat, true squat, reverse hyper/glute ham combo—honestly one of the best leg sections I’ve seen in a long time. It’s also 24-hour, the owners were friendly, and pricing is cheap (about £7 day pass, around £28 monthly). If you’re in Coventry or the West Mids and you love a serious leg day, you need to check this place out.
