This is the latest Foundry gym at time of filming and have to say it is by far the best one I have trained in. The gym is so clean, tidy, well thought out and has the most amazing lighting great for filming. We had a great leg workout here and used a few new machines like the Hammer Strength leg press and leg extension machine. Always great to try out new pieces of equipment and feel different vibes of different gyms. I've wanted to test the new version of the Cybex Hack squat for ages and have to say it didn't disappoint. We definitely recommend a visit to Foundry Gym in Cannock and for a £5.00 day pass you can't go wrong for Bodybuilding Gym motivation.
