I’m back from FIBO 2024 in Cologne and this vlog is basically three days of chaos packed into highlights—travel, gym hunting, training, and then stepping into the madness of the expo. We landed, checked into the hotel (proper mission: trains, tram, underground, long walk), and then kicked off the trip with the first gym stop: Trainingslager Oldschool Gym (Training Slager). It’s a small, NAUS-approved centre with a proper old-school vibe—quirky statues, good atmosphere, and it’s one of those places that’s hard to find because there’s no obvious sign outside. Because it’s FIBO week, there were big names training around there (I mentioned Shawn “CA” and Andre Shaw, plus some of the Bucked Up athletes coming in for a shoot). I got a quick full-body session in and, as always, I’m saying it again: rerack your weights—no excuses, whether we’re in Dubai, Vegas, Dallas, or Cologne. Day two starts with World Gym Cologne, then we head into FIBO on trade day, so it’s quieter than the Saturday madness—but the place is still absolutely huge.
