About This Video

In this video, I’m basically doing a “shop my stash” with a purpose: I’m committing to using one eyeshadow palette every week for the rest of 2026. Since I filmed this on February 8th (a Sunday), I’ve got 46 weeks left, so I’m pulling 46 palettes to rotate through—one focused palette per week. My whole goal is to stop letting my collection run the show, actually use what I own, and figure out what I’m genuinely excited to reach for versus what’s just taking up space. As I dig through my drawers (including my “makeup graveyard” drawer), I’m pulling longtime favorites, palettes I barely touched, and a few that honestly make me nervous—like a colorful Pat McGrath that might end up being a real challenge. I’m also making flexible rules as I go: I’m grouping small trios/quads into a “small palettes week,” I’m planning a singles week, and if I’m not feeling the weekly palette, I’m making myself reach for my ColourPop Fame palette as my backup rule. Along the way, I declutter a handful of palettes I already know I don’t love, and I leave a few open slots in case I buy a couple new palettes during 2026 (because let’s be real, it happens).
