About This Video

Hey guys, it’s Sharon, and in this video I did a speed declutter of my entire makeup collection—no overthinking, just gut reactions. I went category by category and asked myself the real questions: Am I reaching for it? Did I try it and not like it? Is it old and gross (especially creams)? I started with cream and liquid blush/bronzer/highlight and got ruthless about age, texture changes, and anything that looked dingy or separated. I also talked through regrets—like the Chanel bronzer I wanted forever that totally disappointed me—and why I’m finally letting certain things go. From there I pared down liners, eye crayons, single shadows, mascara (my weakness), and then lips—because lips always get out of hand for me. I decluttered products that smudged, dried up, didn’t perform like advertised, or just didn’t fit my current routine. And since I’m a beauty budget lifestyle girl, I also shared where I’ll return something expensive if it truly doesn’t work, because I don’t have the budget to keep “meh” products. The big takeaway: your collection should feel lighter, usable, and motivating—not overwhelming.
