In this vlog, I’m out running errands with my girls and we start the morning the best way—on a donut date. It’s been forever since we’ve done one, and it was just one of those simple little moments that makes me think, we seriously need to do this more often. After donuts, we head to Kid to Kid (one of those nicer kid thrift/resale stores) because I wanted to see what they had, especially for spring/summer stuff. Kid to Kid was honestly such a win and it made me realize I’ve been doing myself dirty by taking everything to Goodwill instead of bringing it there. I always assumed it would take forever, but it really didn’t feel like it took that long—and they had so much good stuff (like swim things, shoes, and even big toys). I share a quick little haul: Brooklyn’s pink Adidas (they’re her size and so cute), a pink Nike hat to match, a new training cup for Lake that I haven’t seen anywhere else, and of course a little impulse buy that saved me from a full-on toddler tantrum. Then we wrap up with a quick grocery stop and I’m trying a couple new flavors of our mini car drinks too.
