This vlog is a little mix of everything—realistic SAHM life, Brooklyn’s (late) 2nd birthday party, and all the in-between chaos that comes with it. We started with the sweetest Valentine’s tradition from my brother (flowers for both girls), then jumped into party day: church in the morning, matching birthday shirts after, and a simple party setup (because this weekend crept up on me fast). We did cupcakes from Sam’s, sang happy birthday, and Brooklyn got the cutest gifts—like a little suitcase, Minnie camera, and a bunch of kitchen toys that are honestly fancier than my own stuff. After the party, it was back to regular mom life: feeding Blakeley (corn, broccoli, avocado), dog baths, and trying to survive on coffee because I was exhausted. The big home update was our NEW couch—Jared picked it up, we sold our old one on Marketplace (yes, we live in a scam world), and now our living room feels so open. We also did library time, a Target run for essentials (milk, diapers), and of course I somehow still ended up with more pajamas and little birthday goodies. I wrapped the vlog sharing a mom devotional book I’m excited about—because some days truly are hard, and I love anything that helps me reset my mindset.
