Hey everyone, it’s us again—father and son—and in this video I’m spilling the beans on one of our craziest builds: turning a backyard corner into a circular aquarium that also works like a coffee table centerpiece for a café. I start by drawing a perfect circle, digging it out (yes, pure muscle workout), then laying broken bricks and building up the inner aquarium wall—plus a little “secret doorway” in front that makes the setup more functional later. After that, I level up with a second, bigger circle around it, build the outer wall, and start shaping the whole structure into a clean, finished space. The big challenge is plumbing: I connect PVC pipes for the water system, plaster everything smooth inside and out, and split the walkway into three compartments using patterned bricks—like a secret bunker—so I can load filter media later. I seal glass panels with silicone, add waterproof paint, protect the glass edges with plastic pipes, and install the pump/fountain system. My key takeaway: let the tank soak at least 5 days, and I even toss in banana trunks to help pull cement toxins out faster. After a deep clean, I add pebbles for beneficial bacteria, refill, and finally introduce the fish—then it’s time to brew lotus tea and enjoy the chill vibes.
